While mixed-use projects combining commercial and residential space—including affordable-housing units—continue to have their moment in the sun, we can’t take our eyes off the work of Dream Collaborative. As a minority-owned architecture firm, Dream champions diversity and inclusivity while bringing contextual design to the city’s underserved neighborhoods. At DGLA Lulu is a landscape designer who specializes in the development of construction documents and details, hand graphics, schematic design, and rendering 3-D models. Lulu enjoys every aspect of the design process and feels fortunate to have landed in a field that perfectly combines both artistic expression and practical engineering. Prior to joining DGLA in 2010, Peter worked for several years as a construction foreman and project manager for one of Cape Cod’s premier residential landscape contractors. Lauderdale-based landscape architecture firm, Peter contributed to resort and planned community projects throughout the world.
